JUDGE SAMMARCO when you take a loving father out of a child's life without adequately examining the evidence, you are harming the child and the father. A judge has an obligation to carefully examine ALL the evidence before breaking up a family and empowering a mother to prevent a child from having a relationship with half her family. Damning reports written by a court appointed psychologist who ignores many of her Codes of Ethics cannot be used as a basis to separate a family and this is why Citizen's Commission on HUMAN RIGHTS is supporting us in this battle for justice.

http://www.wespeakenglish-vfc.com/images/red/stop-lying-5%20copy.jpgGIUDICE SAMMARCO penso che quando si toglie un padre amorevole dalla vita di un bambino, senza aver adeguatamente esaminato le prove, si danneggia il bambino e il padre. Un giudice ha l'obbligo di esaminare attentamente tutte le prove prima di rompere una famiglia e affidare il bambino solo alla madre per evitare che il bambino abbia una relazione con solo metà della sua famiglia. Rapporti schiaccianti scritti da uno psicologo nominato dal giudice che però non applica molte regole del suo Codice Deontologico, non possono essere utilizzati come base per separare una famiglia e questo è il principio su cui si basa l'azione della Comitato Dei Cittadini Per i DIRITTI  UMANI (http://www.ccdu.org) che ci sostiene in questa battaglia per la giustizia.
