Gentili signore, Egregi signori,  

Abbiamo appreso recentemente dai media della sospensione temporanea del Dottor Ostinelli per aver esternato opinioni e informazioni sui social in contrapposizione alla versione ufficiale della pandemia di Covid 19. Da quando un Ordine dei Medici sanziona un suo iscritto per le sue opinioni argomentate e supportate scientificamente? Il Dr. Ostinelli si è espresso pubblicamente, ha scritto al Consiglio di Stato, ha chiesto maggiore dibattito - sia televisivo, sia sui giornali - che portasse maggior chiarezza e trasparenza alla popolazione. Ha sostenuto l’importanza della prevenzione, delle cure tempestive, la necessità di una comunicazione chiara, ma pacata, disapprovando la narrazione sensazionalistica, volta ad alimentare la paura nella popolazione. Con grande sconcerto ci domandiamo che cosa si possa rimproverargli: forse il coraggio di essere un medico attento, critico, volenteroso e capace di confrontarsi con l’ostilità di un mondo scientifico granitico e poco lungimirante?

• Vi ricordiamo gli articoli della Costituzione Federale:                        Art.15 - Libertà di credo e coscienza, punti 1 e 2 .                          Art.16 - Libertà d’opinione e di informazione:                                     
• 1- La libertà d’opinione e d’informazione è garantita
• 2- Ognuno ha il diritto di formarsi liberamente la propria opinione, di esprimerla e diffonderla senza impedimenti.
• 3- Ognuno ha il diritto di ricevere liberamente informazioni, nonché di procurarsele presso fonti accessibili a tutti e di diffonderle.

Non solo: la Svizzera aderisce ai trattati internazionali a cui sono ancorati i Diritti Fondamentali, prima fra tutti, la Convenzione europea per la salvaguardia dei diritti dell’uomo e delle libertà fondamentali (CEDU). Sono i princìpi che rappresentano le colonne portanti della democrazia, che oggi vediamo minacciati.

Inoltre, non si può dire che l’Ordine tramite i suoi rappresentanti si sia distinto per il tenore elevato della discussione nei dibattiti televisivi e sui giornali: un’occasione persa per un dialogo costruttivo e aperto. L’ascolto dei molteplici punti di vista e approcci terapeutici diversi dovrebbero aiutare la scienza medica, che non è una scienza esatta, a evolversi e orientarsi, nell’ottica di un miglioramento continuo delle cure e della prevenzione.  

Esistono nel tessuto sociale due paradigmi a cui la popolazione fa riferimento : la medicina allopatica e la medicina olistica. Sarebbe più salutare e saggio, da parte dell’Ordine, favorire il dialogo tra le due parti. È questo ciò che i pazienti si aspettano da voi.  

Noi firmatari diffidiamo di un Ordine dei medici che tacita, con metodi che ricordano la dittatura, un medico che esprime una voce fuori dal coro. La sua è anche la voce di moltissimi cittadini, anche a noi state facendo un grave affronto con il vostro agire.

Per quanto riguarda il clima di incertezza, di malessere e paura nella popolazione, vanno riconosciuti gli errori di comunicazione della "task force" governativa e dei media in generale. Il martellamento mediatico al limite del terrorismo psicologico, le informazioni parziali, la volontà di tenere alta l’allerta, le informazioni contradditorie: «I bambini non sono contagiosi…» e dietrofront : «Sono i bambini che infettano i nonni». Le mascherine non servivano nella prima ondata e invece sono indispensabili nella seconda. Gli asintomatici non infettano e poi improvvisamente diventano una minaccia, i tamponi, che non sono uno strumento di diagnosi (a dirlo, l’ideatore dei PCR e la stessa WHO sul proprio sito ufficiale) ma che nonostante ciò si utilizzano per definire l’andamento dei contagi e della malattia.

Siamo stanchi di sentirci dare ordini contraddittori, i cui risvolti allarmanti sono sotto gli occhi di tutti. Le misure sono fonte di disagio psicologico, soprattutto nei nostri bambini e nei nostri giovani; stanno distruggendo la nostra economia, quella delle famiglie e dei piccoli artigiani, creando disastri sociali. Siamo basiti di fronte a misure al limite della crudeltà: le chiusure delle case anziani, l’impossibilità di far visita a parenti ricoverati e che poi sono morti. Non vogliamo vivere una vita ospedalizzata e disumanizzata.  

A questo punto è lecito chiedersi su cosa basate i vostri presupposti, quali le prove scientifiche a supporto dell’obbligo di indossare le mascherine, dei tamponi, dei lockdown. Soprattutto, a quali processi di revisione vengano sottoposti gli studi su cui ci si basa e l’efficacia delle decisioni prese. È necessario approfondire e non censurare i pareri che mettono in discussione i protocolli adottati. È questo ciò che distingue l’autorevolezza dal mero esercizio dell’autorità.  

Il vostro compito principale è «la tutela della salute della popolazione»: significa anche e soprattutto insegnare alla popolazione come prevenire le malattie e mantenersi in salute, rafforzando il proprio sistema immunitario, consigliando uno stile di vita sano. Un aspetto che ancora oggi viene trascurato.

Ci sono persone che vanno nel bosco da sole con la mascherina, in auto sole con la mascherina, ragazzi in bicicletta e in motorino con la mascherina, donne incinte da sole con la mascherina… Non sono persone ligie, sono persone terrorizzate. Anche la quotidiana numerazione di contagi e decessi, senza un’adeguata informazione e interpretazione parlano del nulla e servono solo a confondere ed alimentare la paura nella popolazione. La popolazione va rassicurata, con la consapevolezza che paura e stress intaccano fortemente la qualità della vita e compromettono le difese immunitarie.

Invochiamo un approccio alla salute omnicomprensivo di tutti questi aspetti e rispettoso dei diritti umani. Chiediamo trasparenza, integrità e pluralità. È così che si costruiscono la fiducia e la credibilità, in un paese democratico.  

• Ci sono tre buoni principi adatti ai nostri giorni, ai quali la scienza medica non può sottrarsi, neanche durante un'emergenza: Come recita il Giuramento di Ippocrate, «Primo: non nuocere».
• Secondo: i diritti umani e le libertà fondamentali non sono negoziabili.
• Terzo: svincolarsi dalla sudditanza o dalla connivenza con le ditte farmaceutiche, così come da qualunque altro gruppo di pressione.                                                                                               

Facciamo appello al vostro senso etico e morale.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren   

Wir haben kürzlich aus den Medien von der vorübergehenden Suspendierung von Dr. Ostinelli erfahren, weil er in den sozialen Medien Meinungen und Informationen geäußert hat, die der offiziellen Version der Covid 19-Pandemie widersprechen. Seit wann sanktioniert eine Ärztekammer eines ihrer Mitglieder für seine wissenschaftlich begründeten und gestützten Meinungen? Dr. Ostinelli hat sich öffentlich geäußert, er hat an den Staatsrat geschrieben, er hat mehr Debatten gefordert - sowohl im Fernsehen als auch in Zeitungen -, die mehr Klarheit und Transparenz für die Bevölkerung bringen würden. Er argumentierte mit der Bedeutung der Prävention, der rechtzeitigen Behandlung, der Notwendigkeit einer klaren, aber ruhigen Kommunikation und lehnte sensationsheischende Darstellungen ab, die darauf abzielen, Angst in der Bevölkerung zu schüren. Mit großer Fassungslosigkeit fragen wir uns, was man ihm vorwerfen kann: vielleicht den Mut, ein aufmerksamer, kritischer Mensch zu sein, der bereit und fähig ist, sich den Anfeindungen einer granitischen und kurzsichtigen Wissenschaftswelt zu stellen?  

• Wir erinnern Sie an die Artikel der Bundesverfassung:                     Art.15 - Glaubens- und Gewissensfreiheit, Punkt 1 und 2 .                       Art.16 - Meinungs- und Informationsfreiheit:  
• 1- Die Meinungs- und Informationsfreiheit ist gewährleistet.
• 2 - Jeder hat das Recht, sich seine eigene Meinung frei zu bilden, sie zu äußern und ungehindert zu verbreiten.
• 3- Jeder hat das Recht, Informationen frei zu erhalten, sie aus für jedermann zugänglichen Quellen zu beschaffen und sie zu verbreiten.

Darüber hinaus hält sich die Schweiz an die internationalen Verträge, in denen die Grundrechte verankert sind, allen voran die Europäische Konvention zum Schutz der Menschenrechte und Grundfreiheiten (EMRK). Das sind die Prinzipien, die die Säulen der Demokratie sind, die wir heute bedroht sehen.

Außerdem kann man nicht sagen, dass sich die Ärztekammer  durch seine Vertreter durch den hohen Tenor der Debatte im Fernsehen und Zeitungen hervorgetan hat: eine verpasste Gelegenheit für einen konstruktiven und offenen Dialog. Das Anhören der vielen unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen und Therapieansätze soll der medizinischen Wissenschaft, die keine exakte Wissenschaft ist, helfen, sich weiterzuentwickeln und zu orientieren, um die Behandlung und Prävention ständig zu verbessern.   

Im gesellschaftlichen Gefüge gibt es zwei Paradigmen, auf die sich die Bevölkerung bezieht: die allopathische Medizin und die Ganzheitsmedizin. Es wäre gesünder und klüger für die Ärztekammer den Dialog zwischen den beiden zu fördern. Das ist es, was Patienten von Ihnen erwarten.   

Wir, die Unterzeichner, misstrauen einer Ärztekammer, die mit Methoden, die an eine Diktatur erinnern, einen Arzt zum Schweigen bringt, der seine Stimme aus dem Chor heraus erhebt. Diese Stimme ist auch die Stimme vieler Bürgerinnen und Bürger; und Sie setzen uns mit Ihrem Handeln einen schweren Affront.

Was das Klima der Unsicherheit, des Unwohlseins und der Angst in der Bevölkerung betrifft, so müssen die Kommunikationsfehler der staatlichen "Task Force" und der Medien im Allgemeinen anerkannt werden. Das an Psychoterror grenzende Medienhämmern, die Teilinformationen, das Bestrehben die Alarmbereitschaft hoch zu halten, die widersprüchlichen Informationen: "Die Kinder sind nicht ansteckend..." und die Kehrtwendung: "Es sind die Kinder, die die Großeltern anstecken". Die Masken wurden bei der ersten Welle nicht benötigt und sind stattdessen bei der zweiten Welle unverzichtbar. Die asymptomatischen infizieren nicht und wird dann plötzlich zu einer Bedrohung, die Abstriche, die nicht ein diagnostisches Werkzeug (so zu sagen, der Schöpfer der PCR und der WHO selbst auf ihrer offiziellen Website), aber dass trotz dieser verwendet werden, um den Trend der Ansteckungen und Krankheiten zu definieren.  

Wir sind müde, widersprüchliche Befehle zu erhalten, deren alarmierende Auswirkungen für alle sichtbar sind. Die Maßnahmen verursachen psychische Not, vor allem bei unseren Kindern und Jugendlichen; sie zerstören unsere Wirtschaft, die Wirtschaft von Familien und kleinen Unternehmen und schaffen soziale Katastrophen. Wir sind entsetzt über Maßnahmen, die an Grausamkeit grenzen: die Schließung von Altersheimen, die Unmöglichkeit, Angehörige zu besuchen, die ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert wurden und dann gestorben sind. Wir wollen nicht ein hospitalisiertes und entmenschlichtes Leben führen.   

An diesem Punkt ist es fair zu fragen, worauf Sie Ihre Annahmen stützen, welche wissenschaftlichen Beweise die Forderung nach dem Tragen von Masken, PCR Tests, Lockdowns unterstützen. Vor allem, welchen Review-Prozessen die Studien, auf die Sie sich stützen, unterworfen sind und wie effektiv die getroffenen Entscheidungen sind. Es ist notwendig, Meinungen zu untersuchen und nicht zu zensieren, die die angenommenen Protokolle in Frage stellen. Das unterscheidet das maßgebende von der bloßen Ausübung der Autorität.   

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist es, "die Gesundheit der Bevölkerung zu schützen": Das bedeutet auch und vor allem, der Bevölkerung beizubringen, wie sie Krankheiten vorbeugen und gesund bleiben können, ihr Immunsystem zu stärken, zu einer gesunden Lebensweise zu raten. Ein Aspekt, der heute noch vernachlässigt wird.  

Es gibt Menschen, die allein mit einer Maske in den Wald gehen, allein mit einer Maske im Auto fahren, junge Menschen auf Fahrrädern und Motorrädern mit einer Maske, schwangere Frauen allein mit einer Maske... Das sind keine loyalen Menschen, das sind verängstigte Menschen. Auch die täglichen Zahlen von Ansteckungen und Todesfällen sagen ohne ausreichende Information und Interpretation nichts aus und dienen nur der Verwirrung und dem Schüren von Angst in der Bevölkerung. Die Bevölkerung muss beruhigt werden, mit dem Bewusstsein, dass Angst und Stress die Lebensqualität stark beeinträchtigen und das Immunsystem schwächen.

Wir fordern einen umfassenden Ansatz für Gesundheit, der all diese Aspekte umfasst und die Menschenrechte respektiert. Wir fordern Transparenz, Integrität und Pluralität. So baut man Vertrauen und Glaubwürdigkeit auf, in einem demokratischen Land. 

• - Es gibt drei gute Grundsätze, die für die heutige Zeit angemessen sind, an denen die Medizin auch im Notfall nicht vorbeikommt: Wie der Hippokratische Eid besagt: "Erstens: Tue keinen Schaden”
• - Zweitens: Menschenrechte und Grundfreiheiten sind nicht verhandelbar.
• - Drittens: Befreien Sie sich von der Unterwürfigkeit gegenüber oder der Duldung von Pharmakonzernen, wie auch jede andere Unterdruckungsform.                                                                                              

Wir appellieren an Ihr ethisches und moralisches Empfinden.

Mesdames et Messieurs,  

Nous avons récemment appris par les médias la suspension temporaire du Dr Ostinelli pour avoir exprimé des opinions et des informations sur les médias sociaux contrairement à la version officielle de la pandémie de Covid 19. Depuis quand une association médicale sanctionne-t-elle un de ses membres pour ses opinions scientifiquement argumentées et soutenues? Le Dr Ostinelli s'est exprimé publiquement, il a écrit au Conseil d'État, il a demandé plus de débats - à la télévision et dans les journaux - qui apporteraient plus de clarté et de transparence à la population. Il a fait valoir l'importance de la prévention, du traitement en temps utile, de la nécessité d'une communication claire mais calme, désapprouvant les récits sensationnalistes visant à attiser la peur dans la population. Avec un grand étonnement, nous nous demandons ce que l'on peut reprocher: peut-être le courage d'être attentif, critique, désireux et capable d'affronter l'hostilité d'un monde scientifique granitique et myope?

• Nous vous rappelons les articles de la Constitution fédérale :   Art.15 - Liberté de croyance et de conscience, points 1 et 2 .                          Art.16 - Liberté d'opinion et d'information:                                    
• 1- La liberté d'opinion et d'information est garantie.
• 2 - Toute personne a le droit de se forger librement une opinion, de l'exprimer et de la diffuser sans entrave.
• 3- Toute personne a le droit de recevoir gratuitement des informations, de les obtenir de sources accessibles à tous et de les diffuser.

Non seulement, la Suisse adhère aux traités internationaux auxquels les droits fondamentaux sont ancrés, en premier lieu la Convention européenne de sauvegarde des droits de l'homme et des libertés fondamentales (CEDH). Ce sont ces principes qui sont les piliers de la démocratie, que nous voyons aujourd'hui menacés.

En outre, on ne peut pas dire que l'Ordre, par l'intermédiaire de ses représentants, se soit distingué par la haute teneur du débat dans les débats télévisés et les journaux: une occasion manquée de dialogue constructif et ouvert. L'écoute des nombreux points de vue et approches thérapeutiques différents devrait aider la science médicale, qui n'est pas une science exacte, à évoluer et à s'orienter, en vue d'améliorer continuellement le traitement et la prévention. 

Il existe deux paradigmes dans le tissu social auxquels la population se réfère: la médecine allopathique et la médecine holistique. Il serait plus sain et plus sage que l'Ordre encourage le dialogue entre les deux. C'est ce que les patients attendent de vous. 

Nous, les signataires, nous nous méfions d'une Association médicale qui fait taire, avec des méthodes rappelant la dictature, un médecin qui exprime une voix hors du choeur; c’êtes également la voix de nombreux citoyens et vous nous faites un grave affront par vos actions.

Quant au climat d'incertitude, de malaise et de peur dans la population, il faut reconnaître les erreurs de communication de la "task force" gouvernementale et des médias en général. Le martèlement médiatique à la limite du terrorisme psychologique, l'information partielle, la volonté de maintenir l'alerte, les informations contradictoires: "Les enfants ne sont pas contagieux..." et le revirement: "Ce sont les enfants qui infectent les grands-parents". Les masques n'étaient pas nécessaires lors de la première vague et sont devenus indispensables lors de la seconde. Les asymptomatiques n'infectent pas, puis deviennent soudainement une menace, les Tests, qui ne sont pas un outil de diagnostic (pour le dire, le créateur de la PCR et l'OMS elle-même sur son site officiel) mais qui malgré cela servent à définir la tendance des contagions et de la maladie.

Nous sommes fatigués de recevoir des ordres contradictoires, dont les implications alarmantes sont visibles pour tous. Ces mesures provoquent une détresse psychologique, en particulier chez nos enfants et nos jeunes ; elles détruisent notre économie, celle des familles et des petites entreprises, et créent des catastrophes sociales. Nous sommes consternés par des mesures qui frisent la cruauté : la fermeture des maisons de retraite, l'impossibilité de rendre visite aux proches hospitalisés puis décédés. Nous ne voulons pas vivre une vie hospitalisée et déshumanisée.   

À ce stade, il est juste de se demander sur quoi vous basez vos hypothèses, quelles preuves scientifiques soutiennent l'obligation de porter des masques, des Tests, des lockdown. Surtout, quels sont les processus d'examen auxquels sont soumises les études sur lesquelles vous vous appuyez et l'efficacité des décisions prises. Il est nécessaire d'enquêter et de ne pas censurer les avis qui remettent en cause les protocoles adoptés. C'est ce qui distingue l'autorité du simple exercice de l'autorité. 

Votre tâche principale est de "protéger la santé de la population" : cela signifie aussi et surtout enseigner à la population comment prévenir les maladies et rester en bonne santé, renforcer son système immunitaire, en-recommandant un mode de vie sain. Un aspect qui est encore négligé aujourd'hui.

Il y a des gens qui vont dans les bois seuls avec un masque, qui conduisent en voiture seuls avec un masque, des jeunes à vélo et à moto avec un masque, des femmes enceintes seules avec un masque... Ce ne sont pas des gens fidèles, ce sont des gens terrifiés. Même le nombre quotidien de contagions et de décès, sans information ni interprétation adéquates, ne dit rien et ne sert qu'à semer la confusion et à alimenter la peur dans la population. La population doit être rassurée, avec la conscience que la peur et le stress affectent fortement la qualité de vie et compromettent le système immunitaire.

Nous appelons à une approche globale de la santé qui englobe tous ces aspects et respecte les droits de l'homme. Nous appelons à la transparence, à l'intégrité et à la pluralité. C'est ainsi que se construisent la confiance et la crédibilité, dans un pays démocratique. 

• Il y a trois bons principes qui sont appropriés pour aujourd'hui, que la science médicale ne peut pas éviter, même en cas d'urgence : Comme le dit le serment d'Hippocrate, "Premièrement : Ne pas nuire”
• Deuxièmement : les droits de l'homme et les libertés fondamentales ne sont pas négociables.
• Troisièmement : se libérer de l'asservissement ou de la connivence avec les entreprises pharmaceutiques, ainsi qu'avec tout autre groupe de pression.                                                                                              

Nous faisons appel à votre sens éthique et moral.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,   

We have recently learned from the media about the temporary suspension of Dr. Ostinelli for expressing opinions and information on social media contrary to the official version of the Covid 19 pandemic.  

Since when does a Medical Association sanction one of its members for his reasoned and scientifically supported opinions? Dr. Ostinelli has spoken out publicly, written to the State Council, asked for more debate - both on television and in newspapers - that would bring greater clarity and transparency to the population. He argued the importance of prevention, timely treatment, the need for clear but calm communication, disapproving of sensationalistic narratives, aimed to mongering fear in the population. With great bewilderment we wonder what can be reproached: perhaps the courage to be a careful, critical, willing and able to confront the hostility of a granitic and short-sighted scientific world?

• We remind you the articles of the Federal Constitution:           Art.15 - Freedom of belief and conscience, points 1 and 2.                  Art.16 - Freedom of opinion and information:                                    
• 1- Freedom of opinion and information is guaranteed.
• 2- Everyone has the right to freely form his own opinion, to express it and to propagate it without hindrance.
• 3- Everyone has the right to receive information freely, to obtain it from sources accessible to all and to propagate it.  

Moreover, Switzerland adheres to the international treaties to which the Fundamental Rights are anchored, first and foremost the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CEDU). These are the principles that represent the pillars of democracy, which we see threatened today.  

Moreover, it cannot be said that the Order, through its representatives, has distinguished itself for the high tenor of the discussion on television debates and on the newspapers: a missed opportunity for constructive and open dialogue. Listening to multiple points of view and different therapeutic approaches should help medical science, which is not an exact science, to evolve and orient itself, with a view to continuous improvement of treatment and prevention.   

There are two paradigms in the social fabric that people refer to: allopathic medicine and holistic medicine. It would be healthier and wiser for the Order to encourage dialogue between the two. This is what patients expect from you.   

We, the signatories, are wary of a Medical Association that silences, with methods reminiscent of dictatorship, a physician who expresses a voice outside the chorus. His voice is also the voice of many citizens, you are also doing us a serious affront with your actions.  

As for the climate of uncertainty, malaise and fear in the population, the communication errors of the government "task force" and the media in general must be acknowledged. The media hammering, is at the limit of psychological terrorism, the biased information, the desire to keep the alert high, the contradictory information: "Children are not contagious..." and the turnaround: "It is the children who infect the grandparents.” Masks were not needed in the first wave, but are indispensable in the second. The asymptomatic do not infect and then suddenly they become a threat. The swabs, which are not a diagnostic tool (to sustain that are the creator of PCR and the same WHO on its official website), they are nonetheless used to define the trend of contagions and disease.  

We are tired of being given contradictory orders, from which alarming implications are under everyone's eyes. The adopted measures are a source of psychological distress, especially in our children and young people; they are destroying our economy, the economy of families and small artisans, and producing social disasters. We are astonished at measures bordering on cruelty: the closures of elderly homes, the inability to visit relatives who have been hospitalized and then died. We do not want to live a hospitalized and dehumanized life.   

At this point, it is fair to being asking on what basis are founded your assumptions. Which scientific evidence supports the requirement to wear masks, pads, and lockdowns? Above all, to what kind of review processes have the studies you base your assumptions on have been subjected to and the effectiveness of the decisions you made. It is necessary to investigate and not censor opinions that question the protocols adopted. This is what distinguishes competency from the mere exercise of authority. 

Your main task is "the protection of the population's health": it means also and above all teaching the population how to prevent diseases and to keep themselves healthy, strengthening their immune system, advising on a healthy lifestyle. An aspect that is still neglected today.

There are people who go into the woods alone with a mask, in the car alone with a mask, young people on bicycles and mopeds with a mask, pregnant women alone with a mask... They are not loyal people, they are terrified people. Even the daily number of contagions and deaths, without adequate information and interpretation speak of nothing and serve only to confuse and fuel fear in the population. The population must be reassured, with the awareness that fear and stress strongly affect the quality of life and compromise the immune system.  

We call for an approach to health that is all-inclusive of all these aspects and respectful of human rights. We call for transparency, integrity and plurality. This is how trust and credibility are built, in a democratic country.   

• There are three good principles appropriate to our days, which medical science cannot escape, even during an emergency: As the Hippocratic Oath states, "First: Do no harm.”
• Second: Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms are non-negotiable.
• Third: break free from subservience to, or connivance with, pharmaceutical companies, as well as any other pressure group.
